The human activity of disappearing in sparse air is the work of magicians and not united states, muggles. However, with technology by our side, anything is possible, right? Then, by using this program and the webcam of a laptop, anyone tin can pull a vanishing deed, live on photographic camera!
Created by Jason Mayes, a Google spider web engineer, the "Disappearing People" is a program that uses automobile learning to brand you disappear from a scene. It utilises Google's open-source program, TensorFlow, that is used for machine learning and neural network applications. The program essentially works by capturing the groundwork of a scene and copying it in its retention. Then the program scans the copy of the scene for whatsoever homo figure or features. If it finds whatever human figure, the program puts a chunk of the empty room footage that it captured before, to make the human "disappear" from the scene. And then it displays the footage without the human being in the scene back in the browser.
The web engineer wrote the post-obit on his Github, "This code attempts to learn over time the makeup of the background of a video such that I can endeavor to remove whatever humans from the scene,".
When I used the programme to make myself disappear, it felt a footling clunky. As the plan tried to make me disappear from the scene, I still could see a faint line of my paradigm while I moved dorsum and forth. Withal, the fact that it all happens in real-time is quite impressive. Check out the program and make yourself disappear! Well, kind of.
